where we ship
we currently deliver across maharashtra only. we're working on reaching the rest of india — if we don't ship to your pincode yet, leave your email on our site and we'll tell you the day we do.
shipping charges
- orders of ₹599 and above: free shipping
- orders below ₹599: ₹60
dispatch and delivery timelines
orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- mumbai and mumbai metropolitan region: 1–2 business days
- rest of maharashtra: 2–4 business days
business days exclude sundays and public holidays. orders placed on a sunday or holiday are processed the next business day.
tracking
you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. if you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, write to us at support@plainlysnacks.com.
cash on delivery
cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and pincodes. availability is shown at checkout. we may limit or disable cod on certain orders or pincodes at our discretion.
delays
we're not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, public holidays, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. if your order is delayed beyond the timelines above, write to us and we'll chase it with the courier on your behalf.
failed deliveries
if a delivery attempt fails because the address was incorrect, nobody was available to receive the order, or a cod order was refused, the order returns to us. for prepaid orders we'll contact you to arrange redelivery — reshipping charges may apply. repeated refused cod orders may result in cod being disabled for future orders.
