a snack born out of reading too many labels.

hi, i'm sid. plainly started with my hand in the cookie jar. i was the person who never stopped at one. a bite became a pack, every single time.

i've been 110kg. the road from there to 70kg at 13% body fat was long and unglamorous, and the hardest part was never the gym. it was the snacking. late nights, hangover mornings when the hunger hits harder, stress eating after intense meetings. i wasn't willing to give up my social life to fix it, so i needed a snack that could take the hit: something i could eat by the handful that would fill me up instead of starting the loop.

soy runs in the family. we were among the first to bring tofu to india back in 2010, a product ahead of its time in a market that saw it as fancy indulgence rather than nutrition. india understands protein now. soy's moment has come, and plainly is our shot at making it taste as good as it works.

back when i was losing the weight, i snacked on raw vegetables because i didn't have better tools. plainly is the tool i wish i had: real food, real crunch, made for the moments your willpower isn't around. use it and get fitter.

why plainly

tap a card for the honest version.

the hour when willpower runs out and the vending machine starts looking reasonable. one handful holds you over without the sugar spiral.

protein and fibre keep you steady for hours — no 4pm crash an hour after eating, no second snack twenty minutes later.

soy nuts get you real protein without meat, dairy, or supplement powders. just roasted beans doing the work.

'healthy' snacks usually taste like a punishment. ours are seasoned properly, so you'd eat them even if they weren't good for you.

built to end the snacking, not start it — satiating enough that one pack is actually enough.
